How rice vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil affect the food taste?

By tasting like different stuff

That's a big question

They say soy sauce is pure umami, vinegar will have lots of sour. Ketchup will be high sweet and a little sour. Western meat sauce like Worcestershire, mushroom ketchup, and a1 will have similar notes to all three of those added together. I have no idea on the other two sauces.

>rice vinegar
Adds acidity.
>soy sauce
Adds saltiness.
>sesame oil
Adds toasted, savory flavor.
>oyster sauce
A little salty, works like a thickener, and can't be used for much else besides making saucy asian stir fry.
