Is it me or eating caffeine is much more efficient than ingesting it as a brew?
I've just made some matcha muffins that I totally botched. Not enough sugar and too flour-y. However, I ate 3-4 of them and I feel like I've drank as many energy drinks. I've never felt so much awake in a long time. I'm even sweating.

One caffeine pill of 60mg does to me about the same as 2 65mg cups of coffee.

I don't remember where I got them (sadly) but I used to have caffeine "strips". For a while these things were popular as mints, but I don't really see them anymore. They were great though, they woke me up much better than a cup of coffee does. I think it may have something to do with a few of the thousand other chemicals in coffee that probably has an opposite effect.

My uni sells them at the bookstore. Overpriced and doesn't work as well as pills imo.

Pretty much this. Coffeine just doesn't do it for me anymore.
I love caffeine pills I used to take them all the time for energy and appetite suppression but near the end of the bottle I started to get panic attacks so I stopped

I had the same with ephedra tablets. I went through quite a lot, but in the end I got super sensitive towards them. They used to work great though, too bad they're not not legal anymore.
