Honestly when I used to put Cholula on stuff it would make me think of taco bell, which was awesome, but nowadays all I can taste is the first time I had it on an oyster, which served to make it bearable but my brain has stored the experience in such a way that Cholula just tastes like salt and vinegar and oysters. The green one is still superb though. I wonder how that would have done on the mac and cheese.

I go through a bottle of Cholula very quickly. It's not very hot, but I like the flavor of it so I tend to use a shit ton. I'm thinking about stepping up to a Mexican style habanero sauce. I want something that's hotter but still tastes good, and I don't have to dump the whole bottle on to enjoy.
