I think I'm going to make a four cheese baked macaroni this weekend. Muenster, mozzarella, cheddar, colby jack.

>colby jack
Into the trash it goes. Gouda my nigga. Or edam.

Which one would you choose, gouda or edam? Sometimes I like colby jack on my sandwich but I never made it in mac and cheese. I just wanted to pick a forth cheese and swiss or parmesan seemed weird.

Mac 'n cheers

Roux or cream?
Mustard?
Pepper?
Type(s) of cheese?
Nigga give some details ffs mac and cheese is not simply mac and cheese
>>9394273
c'mon faggot at least tell me how you made it

I like gruyere in my mac and cheese, usually complements the cheddar I use as a base. I would skip the mozzarella though, too mild a flavor and would get drowned out. Last one I made was 1/2 cheddar and 1/4 gruyere and manchengo (adds a nice sweetness)

Roux, always.
Mustard POWDER
Black pepper
1. Cheddar
2.gruyere
3. Whatever you like, avoid blues and soft cheese though until you know what you're doing.
