I haven't eaten in 4 days and my stomach is starting to demand food. What's a fast and easy meal to make? Ingredients aren't that much of an issue since I live near a supermarket.

I mean, do you know anything about cooking? Easiest would probably just be chicken and veggies. Get a chicken breast, slice it in half widthwise so it opens up like a book. Also buy a tasty looking seasoning for it. Heat up oil in a pan, cook it on medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, until it's firm and white all the way through. Get vegetables however you want them. If you like fresh, get those and steam (ideal) or roast or boil (less ideal) them. There are also preseasoned packs you can throw in the microwave and they'll steam themselves.

Lengthwise* on the cut. Pic related unless those are two disembodied vaginas. The idea is that you want the chicken to be the same thickness all around so it cooks evenly. Just cooking a breast from the package doesn't work out, the thin part dries out while you're waiting for the thick part to cook
