Got a pork loin end roast that my roomate left after moving out any ideas of what to do with it?
I was thinking either crockpot or on the charcoal grill

cut it into big chunks, put it in a big pot with some vegetable oil at a low temperature till the pork fat renders, then turn up the heat and fry the meat with it's own lard

This guy fucks. Also you can always braise it and shred to make a meat pie (portion it into a bunch of mini pies from a cupcake pan) or slice/unroll it into a thin slab and fill with herbs, spices, stuffing, etc and make a porchetta
