I'm braising pork shoulder in a crockpot, submerged in homemade baked beans. It's been 12 hours and I should be in bed.
Is it safe to keep it slightly cooking for the next 5 hours? Or will it turn shitty?

what temp? gonna need a specific or ball park. most likely yes assuming it's actually a cooking temp and not warming
