This. You can make a decent gravy in a pinch when you don't have the drippings by making a roux with flour and lard or butter, chicken stock, garlic and some herbs like thyme, rosemary or tarragon. Done in 10 minutes and infinitely better than the industrial petroleum chemical shit in those jars. Stop eating pig slop just because it's in your grocery troughs.
