Lebanese white squash is god tier.

Comes in a single serving size and is often the cheapest at the market. On top of being the cheapest squash they're relatively light so you can buy a dozen for around $5.

I'm glad I'm a farmer. I have like 80 Dickinson pumpkins (squash) on the way and a freezer full of yellow squash and yellow zucchini dredged and ready for frying all winter long. I have enough pumpkin to eat like 2-3 pies a day or whatever I decide to do with them.
