I'm pretty sure those are zucchini. Anyway, you should bake some zucchini bread, it's very delicious. You only need like two cups of grated zucchini to make it, and it's a great snack. Reminds me of banana bread.

I can't find my friend's mom's recipe, she's the first person to ever make it for me. She would grow zucchinis in her garden so there'd constantly be fried zucchini or she'd bake bread with it. When she first offered me some I was like "wtf", but it's very good.

Batter them, deep fry them, and serve them with some tzatziki or skordalia. Classic Greek stuff.

I concur that zucchini bread is fucking awesome, you can make chocolate zuke bread too. Otherwise its good in spaghetti or stir fried or baked.
