i bet you don't even like pickles either
cuban sandwiches are a top 5 sandwich
I feel the same way about mayo and always have. Just accept it's not going to happen.

I love pickles.
Mustard is a pretty common allergy, fuck thAt shit, salt and vinegar covers most of the taste of what your missing, Frenchs yellow mustard that is, turmeric is what it's coloured with.

Hard to pin down an exact moment I started liking mustard. It's probably easiest to get aquainted with some inoffensive own-brand supermarket mustard before trying something fancy.
Buttered potatoes, porkchops, roast beef sandwiches..

Do you like horseradish? I started liking mustard after I tried some spicier varieties.

Same here. I don't think I'll ever like it. There must be an anti-mustard gene like that soapy-cilantro gene or something. I can't stand vinegar in products either.

Horseradish is alright, there's not much I put it on though.
I'll try a few horseradishes and go back to mustard.

Cook beef coated in mustard. It turns sweet.

Try horseradish mustard or a spicy Dijon. Goes better with something like roast beef or cured pork. Turkey and chicken are more likely to get overwhelmed unless it's a honey mustard or something else on the sweet side.
