So /ck/ im in a bit of a conundrum.
I got a medium sized circular loaf of home made bread.
I got some home made tomato based sauce too.
I want to make one of those sandwiches where you hollow out a loaf and then fill it with meats, cheeses and sauces, and then compress it for about an hour.
Problem is, I got no meats (bar some prosciutto and salami) or cheeses (bar parmesian). What do you guys recommend?
I was thinking chorizo and mozzarella? Or perhaps some sort of pepperjack and ground beef? Any recommendations welcome.

If it were me, I'd probably either go the ground beef and pepperjack, or pastrami, turkey and gouda
