i eat Sriracha by the spoonful when im depressed(eating my feelings). i dont think it helps but its tasty/im poor and after a dozen or so spoonfuls im no longer hungry enough for anything else and also i end up with such a stomach ache and painful shits that my self loathing makes sense for a little while.
