I have a small herb garden in a container in front of my window. My mint grows like retarded and I don't know many uses for mint except some cocktails, so it's slowly threatening to take over the whole container and starve the other plants.
What do you guys use mint for?

You should grow the mint in its own container, it has an aggressive root system and will take over the entire thing no matter what.
I use it for tea, flavoured water with mint and lime, mojitos and yoghurt dressings.
