I'm being put up in a hotel for week for work. there's no refrigerator, no microwave and I'm not really trying to eat at restaurants the whole time. Any ideas for dinners that require zero kitchen?

add instant cup noodles to that list as well. go to the grocery and buy a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. PB and J is a must. Grilled cheese using the iron and canned tomato soup.

Do a nice couscous salad. Couscous is the easiest thing in the world to cook.

Literally all you have to do. Meanwhile dice up some vegetables, herbs, spices, and some sort of dressing to mix in and refrigerate it for an hour to let them flavors mingle and its ready.

Nice that's a good idea too. No mini fridge, but I'm getting one of those styrofoam Coolers and use the ice machine.
