it's because they fry them in their 100k+ BTU woks which gets the skin extra crispy and can't be done anywhere outside of a chinese restaurant kitchen.

Having worked there I can confirm that BWW is shit. Wingstop I have no idea about, never been there so cannot confirm or deny.

Most local pizza joints where I live have solid wings and failing that I'd go to Hooters for both the wings and sluts.

My go-to is Dominos since BWW is a bit on the expensive side and Dominos has some good, consistent wings.

Get a basket of buffalo cauliflower at J. Selby's, then head on over to Eureka Compass to get some white flour and oil garbage while listening to the guy who runs the place talk shit about J. Selby's and his time working there :^)

Shit I thought I might as well salvage this thread.

When I cook frozen wings in my oven (Yeah I know it's shit quality but it's not like I can find fresh chicken wings by the bag in my area) I dredge them in baking powder/salt mixture before tossing them into the oven to cook. I've been getting decent results with this method but I thought I'd compare notes before the next function since they seem mildly popular.

What's /ck/s preferred method of preparing the wings?
