Hey co/ck/ suckers.
I roasted some garlic and was wondering if i could through these in some kind of oil to infuse the garlicness into said oil without it going bad.

Will the garlic rot left in the oil for a long period of time?

it probably isn't gonna rot for a good amount of time, as long as you actually cook the garlic

uncooked garlic in oil can cause botulism and that shit could kill you
