What kind of meal can I make with just eggs? Something that will hold up in the fridge, I need something to take to work.
I have a fully stocked spice cabinet, plenty of starches and grains and flour, but no meat, cheese, or vegetables.

Got rice? I'd make rice balls stuffed with a seasoned scrambled egg or two if my goal was a work meal.
Wrap in cling wrap, pretend its got a seaweed strip around it, and it'll be just like my japanese animes.
