Pretty much what this guy said. It's easy enough to get TB syringes at a retail pharmacy for "insulin" use, but obtaining higher gauge needles like an 18 or 16 which is what's really needed in order to perform hot sauce injected eggs is a little harder. You'll be hard pressed to find them at a retail pharmacy. Best bet is to order them off amazon.
