I'm 6'5 and weigh approx. 193 pounds, but have to lose 5 pounds asap. To what can I reduce my daily calories intake without it being unhealthy?

Take a multivitamin everyday. Fill up on protein and low calorie vegetables the most(like peppers). Only light carbs to keep from feeling like shit. And get lots of sleep and drink lots of water.

Do all these while you are restricting your calories and it will helps things be as smooth as possible.
