Looks freezer burnt but should be fine to eat if it's thoroughly cooked. I don't think you will enjoy it though.

I don't think it spoils from bacteria but it'll pick up smells from the freezer and start to taste bad and have a bad texture. It's safe to eat if your freezer works properly, just probably won't taste good.
