apparently this one has caviar, sashimi, wagyu, tomahawk, salmon, alaskan king crab, maine lobster, foei gras, oyster and peking duck
for 80 bucks and for 35 bucks i can get free flow alcohol

im pretty sure a reputable 5 star hotel would have some semblance of honesty in them
and i guess the reviews pretty good
im just not well versed in gastronomy to know if its good

The creme de la creme of the hotel world
In a buffet with everything but fried chicken

Also judging from this image i see that they mix seafood with meat, should that be a concern?

It's prolly good. I've had $25 buffets in BKK (Sukhumvit somewhere) and it was ace. $80 should get you something very good. I think the HIlton one is the most famous though.
