This. Modern tomatoes are all bred to have no green at all around the stem as normal tomatoes used to have, just to look better. Unfortunately that breeding program wiped out all the original tomato taste too. Buy some of those small cherry or date tomatoes for the real taste, even though they are expensive as shit.
