What is your go-to, cheap, quick, low effort, high value food? Mine is chips inside scrambled eggs (pic from google but it is similar).
>pull bag of frozen chips from freezer
>olive oil, hot pan
>defrost the chips on lowest fire. The oil helps to keep them smooth
>meanwhile get the eggs, salt, and spices out
>break 4 to 5 eggs in, put random spices and some salt on it
>scramble it with the chips. press chips with your spoon to check if they are soft
>into the plate it goes
>put a slice of cheap soft yellow industrial cheese on top and let it melt.
Can literally be a lunch if you aren't a /fit/ try hard. Use those modern pans where the eggs don't stick at all so cleaning is easy as fuck. Eat with a pita or sliced bread so you won't have to use and clean a fork.

Microwave nachos.

Saute tomatoes and onions until soft, then add eggs and scramble. Sometimes I'll add potatoes, spinach or some zucchini if I have leftover
Seems like it would come out soggy and gross.
It would work if you baked the fries first.

They come out with the same texture as pic related, but of course the eggs will make it a bit wet but nothing gross. The oil in the chips pushes out the wetness of eggs so they are just normal chips only that they were made without deep frying

I'm so fucking lazy I wouldn't even buy those things. Spinach is GOAT herb though

Some ramen I put egg in

Toast nice and hot, butter/mayo, tomato grill it a little if you like, nice wite cheeses. + some butter and honey toast.

Chicken breast with spicy salt pepper all purpose seasoning thing with some rice or mash potatoes and veges
Schnitzel with the same side things.
Fried rice with some bacon bits, lil bits of chicken breast, assorted veges with soy sauce and chinese five spice, or some bulgogi marinade.
