If millions of dollars somehow fell into your lap and you were set for life, how would it affect your eating habits? Would you use the spare time and money to up your cooking game, or perhaps give up cooking altogether?
Probably, yeah.
i'd eat more fancy salads.
I would eat far more expensive but low calorie things like salads and different vegetables. Cheap veggies like squash and the like are just awful and I can't justify spending how i want for peppers and cucumbers all day.
I'd go to michelin star resteraunts every night probably. Imagine being treated like a regular at a place like that, chef serving you offmenu brainstorms and shit. That would be heaven.

with what, goat nipple hair?

If that's what's hip.
I'd eat cold smoked salmon daily.
Can't afford that stuff nowadays
I'd definitely spend more money on food. Would feel great being able to buy things without looking at the price tag. Don't think my cooking would be affected too much, maybe I'd experiment more with expensive ingredients just because I can.

Yeah this. Would love to buy a kamado grill, probably a Big Green Egg since I have experience using those from my old job. It would also be nice to treat a few friends to Sunday brunch once a month as well.
I would definitely buy a nicer kitchen and setup and then buy better ingredients and go eat at nicer places

I'd eat out a bit more often. You know the kind of restaurant where the food is good, but the prices for dinner and a drink clock in between $50 and $100? I don't go to those places very often because I know a lot of places where the food is equally good, just different, and I can get dinner and a drink for $15-$25. The only real change I could imagine in my diet if money weren't an option would be hitting more expensive restaurants more often. I'd still cook most of the time, because I enjoy it and am pretty happy with my day to day diet.
