Feast at Red Rocks, about 20 minutes off the strip but well worth the strip. Also, the Garden Court on Main is well worth checking out.

I went to the buffet at the Aria while I was there. There's a line to get in normally but is well worth it Imo. Anything you could possibly want and bottomless mimosas/bloody Mary's for $20 extra
