Chinese buffet doesn't fill you up for very long. Do you have one of those Brazilian steakhouses in your town? They have a ton of different meats, and you get as much as you can eat.

Alternately, go to a good country home-cookin'/ soul food restaurant and brick your entire intestinal tract with country fried steak and gravy, collard greens, mashed potatoes and gravy, cornbread or biscuits, chicken wings, meatloaf, fried green tomatoes, fried okra, and whatever the hell else you want.
