I doubt it. For one thing, fetishes tend to be ingrained in people from an early age, like Tony Atlas's thing for having women walk on his face with flat-bottomed shoes. For another, you don't want someone's kink interfering with your business. For a third, restaurants run on thin enough margins that you can't be pissing away product unnecessarily.
Cooks need to be tasting what they're cooking. Servers need to taste the daily specials and know the menu. A family meal does wonders for staff loyalty, cuts down on theft, and is a productive use for surplus product. All of that is reasonable. Trying to train someone into a fetish is just stupid.
