crepes are pretty straightforward, any recipe you find on google should work if you know what you're doing

avoid putting too much oil in the pan before you put the crepe mixture in, you just need a tiny bit spread on with a paper towel

can't think of anything else to avoid for crepes other than burning them. look up a video tutorial if you don't know what to do

Check out the Food Wishes channel on YouTube. Many nice recipes and everything I've tried so far was really good.

best thing you can do is look up a recipe online where you can go "authentic X recipe" on google, and cross reference it with a youtube video where the end result looks decent.
Pick the one that's closest to your original recipe and cook it.

Doing this will allow you to avoid buzzfeed level shit where they add things to the recipe that isn't supposed to be here, as well as some viewable technique on w/e you're making.
