Switch to Soylent:, goodbuddy. It will change your life. You never have to waste; that hour in the kitchen again. You can have all that extra time indulge in your hobbies! I particularly enjoy stopping people in the street and pretending I know them from years ago. It can also be flavoured by adding a little extra to it like, blueberries, club soda, lasagne or half a bottle of scotch like I do with mine. It's great! and surely the future of food and eating in a nutshell, but without actually being in a nutshell or even made from nuts, so it's great for allergies too!!
XoXo
