Fuck fazolis that was the shittiest job I ever had. It's neat how the whole thing works though they have giant deep-fryer-like devices that hold boiling water. When you run out of pasta you drop some in the basked and drop it like you would fries.

I will give them some credit, they do chop all their veggies fresh every day, even though the fucking sauce comes in bags.

Dem breadsticks are straight crack though I probably consumed my body weight in breadsticks working there for like 6 months. I always made the best ones because I used double the amount of garlic butter.

Still, fuck that job. All the stress of being a real line cook and none of the pay.
