Would strictly grain/forage fed pork taste better? I'm not a fan of the taste of pork, and it might be have to do with the pig's trash diet.
I'm not a pork fan, either. Bacon is one thing because that's not even a pork taste at that point, all smoke and salt. But like, tenderloins and porkchops are shit unless they're caked in seasonings IMO.
A steak and even a chicken breast you can get away with just salt and peppering. But pork is like what the fuck is happening here?
