/ck/ I feel a need to celebrate. I just got my test results back, and thanks to keto I have reversed my Type 2 diabeetus. My A1C is now 5.4, my blood glucose level never went above 143 during the stress test, and I've felt fine for months.

What should I go eat? It's back to keto tomorrow, 'cuz I don't want to fuck things up, but tonight I dine in Hell.
