How does /ck/ do kbbq?
My friends like to just cook the meats plain with oil and no salt or pepper but I never pass up on the offer to cook. My favorite is wrapping brisket in rice paper with a piece of kimchi inside and then dipping it some thick chili sauce. Hate korean glass noodles though, like eating a long booger
nice thread
i have never had either korean bbq or american bbq and i've wanted to try them both for fucking years.
i saw some koreans doing it in the park this week and came so close to offering them a tenner just to try it

If you had asked them how they marinaded it, complimented the aroma, and told them you had never tried it, they probably would have been flattered and offered you a piece. Koreans are proud of their food culture and are pretty friendly if you're polite. They never would have accepted the money in that situation, though.
