When making toast sandwhich do you prefer the toasted part be the middle piece of the one's on the side?

Also do you like to use a different type of bread for the middle piece of the same?

I like to mix things up by putting three slices of bread in the toaster. this way I get a toasted bread sandwich and I get it fast.

bread toasted only on one side is so good.
