I've been using this recipe where I encrust the pork chops with parmesean and breadcrumbs but it's getting boring. What do you do with your pork chops, /ck/?

Smoke 'em
Pan-fry them
Pound them out, bread them, deep fry to make tonkotsu/schnitzel
Stuff them
Bake them in the oven with garlic and herbs
Grill them
Cut them into pieces and stir-fry
Grind them and make meatballs or sausages
Remember that you can change up the flavor of any of the above by using different marinades, rubs, and sauces.

I don't eat pork chops because my old step mom served them once a week growing up and they were rubbery and sucked. Which is odd because in almost everything else she was a good cook. I might change my mind if I had a good one, that's just never happened.
