Dice and dry it for a stuffing/dressing. You can make your own broth or use a store-bought low sodium broth for it.
there are a good number of bread soups, just cut the salt in those recipes
Make it into a pizza. Or make a no salt soup or stew. Or you could make some very sweet frencg toast.
You got options here OP. Bread pudding, the savory kind. You could slice it into cubes, leave kt over night, spice it, than roast em until theyre croutons.
