Any recommendations on healthy meals, that also taste good? Also, what kind of nourishment lifestyle do you lead, and why? Low Carb, etc.? Let me know what you think

High fiber, whole food plant based.

Once you eat this way for a while, you stop eating out of addiction and start recognizing food for what it is- fuel. And your palate changes so healthy food tastes good. My favorite meal is a plate of brown rice and various vegetables. Love having bananas and melons for breakfast. Oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts is great for a fast meal when you cant cook or didnt have time for the shop.
