In all honesty, I don't know that many people that sample enough variety of chocolate regularly enough to have a solid opinion.

I mean, chocolate is great and all, but how much would you need to consume to get a really good critical taste for the stuff?

Are you serious? There is something weird about you then. Any American kid who was lucky enough not to live in scarytown or have Jehovahs Witness parents grew up eating chocolate varieties. It is one of the first things I do when I leave a foreign airport, go to a store that sells local goods, and eyeball the chocolate, or get it in a cafe that makes their own chocolates.

ANNUALLY, I attend the Fairchild Chocolate Festival, and that is not just because it is near my house.
