Greetings, /ck/
I am brainstorming ideas for a public outdoor cooking demonstration, in terms of themes and dishes. I have been part of these before, but am doing an independent event this time. Time and location are still up in the air.
Pic related is relatively what I am planning for. I am shooting for portable burner, meal info, and pre-sorted ingredients.
What ideas can you offer for settings, servings, and meals?

What equipment will you have and how many heat sources?

Basic cooking utensils + 1 or 2 portable gas stoves.
If your intent is to help people cook better instead of having your 15 minutes of fame in front of the one eyed monster, you should do an authentic chinese stir fry on an outside propane burner.
