Hey /o/, I bought a fryer a few months back, it's still sitting in the box. One gallon (4qt) oil capacity max. Any recommendations regarding cooking, things to cook, how to cook?

American yes, fat fuck, no. I'm seriously allergic to eggs, seafood, hazelnuts, and pecans. Shared fryers usually means that even if I want to I can't make fried stuff when I'm out. I just want to be able to eat some chicken wings once in a while.

sorry the unit conversion thing (Celsius to Fahrenheit, Gallons to litres) is taking a toll on me as an American doing work for a Canadian company. Gallons to quarts is not a conversion between imperial and metric although gallons to liters would be
