"Went for coffee and a treat. Used bathroom first...Yikes. picture worth a 1000 words...Never went to counter."

"Nothing worse then being served an ice coffee with half of it dripping down the side of the cup and spilling all over the lid. The guy serving it could of cared less, and they were not even busy. By the looks of the guy working, college didn't quite work for him so now he has settled in at Starbucks. Very unfortunate to pay over $5 for iced coffee and get this type of service. I will NOT be back!"
