I'm making chicken parmesan today. I have honed my own way of making it. But when I talk to other people they have different methods. What is /ck/s methods? >Pic unrelated

Butterfly and pound the shit out of a large chicken breast
Coat in flour
Dredge in egg
Coat in Breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Fry
Put on baking tray and put homemade marinara and a mix of mozzarella and another kind of cheese on top, gotta be a sharp cheese though
Put in oven until cheese is melted
Eat

basically this, but i incorporate a lot of finely grated parmesan in the breading mix so i can get away with milder and smoother-melting cheeses on top
hey hey....you must make a panade with parmesan,eggs,gouda,breadcrumbs,salt and pepper...
this dimension must be thick!
and than you bread your chicken, roast in oil...to golden coler
the ideal garnish to this is: spaghetti in tomatosauce;)
