I'm an autist who hates veggies but wants to eat healthier.
Rather then ruin my meals, would making a large glass of vegetable juice home made every day be a good supplement to my diet?

juicing is a meme, you need the fiber in the veg.
just learn to cook, veggies taste nice when you cook and season them properly.
also stop eating so much sugary junk shit, it ruins your palate

no.

I don't eat much sweet stuff. I grab a canoli/slice if cake 1-2 times a month and that's about it for sugar.
I do drink a fair amount if sweet tea though, my bad there.
I mostly eat a fuckton of meat and cheese.

still just learn to use veg properly
i'm sure you can handle carrots I like them chopped raw in salads
learn to mirepoix
broccoli is actually very inoffensive and very good for you
I really like raw spinach as a salad base
onion is god-tier however you prepare it, cooked with meats for flavor, caramelized in sauces or on proteins, or raw in salads it's all good.
learn to use raw garlic to enhance the flavor of your meats in sauces or whatever

I'm a texture autist, the texture of most plant matter just disgusts me.
I am probably legit on the autism spectrum.

What textures do you like?

you won't eat carrots?
The juice won't be enough. Put it in a blender and make a smoothie. The fiber will still be there and you can probably stick some fruit in there too. You can also control the texture with added stuff like bananas and freezing different ingredients. You can't chug it as easily, but you can probably do a good sized glass in two goes.

Take a pan on low heat and fill it with butter and carrots. Its great.

yes, vegetablejuice is healthy.
problem is, it doesnt taste great if its healthy, and i suspect your problems lie in the shopping etc as well, so you will fail miserably at keeping this up
