Even medfag pirates agree people lose weight quickly and safely on it. The question arises about long term, however. There are indications going past six months is probably not a great idea. However, if you're an otherwise healthy fatfuck and want to lose weight quickly do it, but when you hit your target go back to a more balanced diet with whole grains, fruits and vegetables with moderate exercise. Of course don't start eating processed shit and refined sugars again for christsake.

Read nutritional labels and nutritional profiles of unlabeled foods. Most unlabeled foods have a composite nutrient breakdown based on 100g. Then you literally weigh the food and do very simple math. Protip: if you suck at simple math you can use a calculator. After a week or two of paying attention to what is in your food and how much it weighs, you get an innate sense of it by sight. This is a good life skill for all people to have, no matter their diets.
