If you specifically make / order your sandwiches and burgers without mayonnaise, you are a tasteless subhuman. It'd be odd to add it to certain things, yes, but many sandwiches have it by default (Burger, Chicken Sandwich, Tuna Sandwich) and benefit greatly from it. Mustard is a solid choice and mixes unintrusively with mayo, but if you EVER put ketchup on ANY of your bread-meat-bread items you are filth.
