I started putting this stuff in stir fry. Shit is so good. Mix in some chili garlic sauce and it's perfect.
I've seen it in a few different jars at the local Asian market I go to. One has a green label and the other is just red. Not sure what the difference is because I can't read anything on it but they look the same.

Problem with many asian import products is that information on how to use them is actually hard to find. Sometimes I even wondered if any real asian person actually uses them or if it's just one big global, magnificently terrific food ruse if nobody knows what to do with things.
