If you have a candy or digital cooking thermometer, temper it. then make gianduia chocolate with hazelnut paste or if you have any sort of mould, make nice milk chocolate bonbons with good filling or even just truffles. shit tastes good.

You can use some to make BBQ. Boston butt, root beer or coke in crock pot. Top with chocolate. Cook on low 6 hours. Drain, shred, and mix BBQ sauce into shredded meat.
