Does anyone else find it really therapeutic making food? I'm

I only feel that way when I'm making a dish or food that I've done a few times already and I'm just zoned out distracted with my thoughts and doing things completely on autopilot.

I feel the same. Chopping up a whole haul of veggies is really satisfying somehow. Especially that first cut through a fresh onion.

My whole life Ive felt uneasy trying to do new things. Cooking or any simple hobby. This was largely related to my parents personality and growing up with them. Now I feel comfortable living alone and trying to cook a thing and fucking itup because there is no one behind me criticizing me. Im slowly growing out of my fear of failing.
