how do you guys like your egg salad? Keep it simple or get fancy with it?
I like it with mayo (obviously) shot of mustard, bit of cayenne and a shot of pickle brine then salt and pepper to taste
Mayo, diced onion, salt, pepper. As simple as can be. Also I won't touch it unless it's been in the fridge for at least a couple of hours
Simple. Egg salad sandwiches are my road trip food.
